Shipping:

The majority of our orders will ship out of Illinois and the transit times will be 1-4 business days. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is ready to ship.

For parcels, we ship via UPS, FedEx and USPS. For extra-large items like appliances and furniture, we’ll get you set-up with a home delivery service that will bring the item to your door or “white glove” that will set-up and install your purchase. 

Do I have to have good credit to be approved?

We do not require a FICO score to qualify for credit to shop . Instead, we look at various factors from the specialty credit reporting agencies and our own criteria to determine your eligibility. 

Not all applicants will be approved for credit.,

How is my Spending Limit determined?

Your Spending Limit is determined by a number of factors, which may include factors such as employment, income and/or creditworthiness. Ultimate Brands does not pull or impact your FICO Score. Not all customers will be approved.

Your Spending Limit can increase when you buy from our market place and make all your payments on time.
